On October 26th, 2009 AeroMechanical Services Ltd. (TSX-V: AMA) has acquired the assets of WingSpeed Corporation. WingSpeed has filed for chapter 7 in August. The bankruptcy court has awarded AMS the assets of WingSpeed.
AeroMechanical is working with former customers and 3rd party service providers of WingSpeed to re-establish customer services and their air-ground communication links. AMS goal is to re-route all communication through its existing ground-based solution (UpTime) in order to better serve its customer requirements.
